Merriments Gardens

Hawkhurst Road, Hurst Green, East Sussex, TN19 7RA

Tel: +44 01580 860666

Behind the tall green hedges lies a well-kept secret, Merriments’ stunning 4-acre RHS Partner Garden, the South East's hidden gem. The garden has deep meandering borders, many formal and informal focal points and a rich tapestry of colour, texture and scent. There are also many benches to pause and enjoy the atmosphere of this ever evolving garden.

Merriments has elegant and imaginative planting designs you could use in your own patch. There is a long season of colour with many unusual plants most of which we also sell in the comprehensive on-site nursery.

Featured on BBC Gardeners World and other gardening television shows, and in most gardening magazines in England, Europe and North America.

After exploring the gardens, visit the Terrace Restaurant for home-made breakfasta, lunches and teas made with local, seasonal ingredients and find something to remember your trip in the shop or plant centre.
