Taste-Sussex created by Brighton chef Phil Bartley and drinks expert Steve Pineau, delivers fresh, local produce cooked to order and stunning views at their venue in Brighton Marina. Open daily from 10am - 10pm (10am - 5pm on Sundays), serving breakfast, lunch and dinner plus traditional Sunday roast, Taste-Sussex serves delicious traditional English dishes all with a playful twist. Whilst the bar, where possible, serves local micro-brewery products, local award-winning wines and local soft drinks. Why not try a Brighton Gin or a Blackdown Sussex Vodka, a Folkington's Sparkling Presses or a Bolney Estate Bacchus on your visit?
