Coast and Country Rambles Limited

About

Coast and Country Rambles, offers you the experience of tailor made self-guided walking breaks in the beautiful countryside of Kent.

Coast and Country Rambles, allows you to unwind and de-stress from today’s hectic hubbub whilst discovering off the beaten track footpaths and bridleways.

Just providing a few details allows Lisa at Coast and Country Rambles, to tailor a break to your personal requirements, ensuring you a hassle free, relaxing walking break in a glorious part of the world.

Lisa will personally ensure all your holiday arrangements are taken care of. From organising your energising walks, allowing you to explore the loveliest woodland, and prettiest villages, to advising where to break for a delightful tasty pub lunch. She will also find and book highly recommended accommodation for you, where you can enjoy a delicious meal and relax at the end of the day. A bespoke self-guided walking package will be agreed with you in advance of your holiday start date so you are fully aware of what to expect.

Booking a break with Coast and Country Rambles allows you to relax in the knowledge that everything will be taken care of. You’ll receive a personalised walking pack containing your accommodation details, self-guided trail cards explaining your walking routes and the areas you’re be exploring, nature guides, a waterproof ordnance survey map, a compass, information and ideas for places to visit nearby, a copy of Kent life magazine and some tasty sweets to give you a boost on your walks.

Self-guided walks allow you to set out walking at a time that suits you! Some people prefer an early morning walk, so they can return and relax at their accommodation for a few hours or visit a local stately home, garden or castle before enjoying a lovely evening meal. Others prefer to walk all day and stop for a leisurely lunch in a quintessential country pub. If you’d prefer Lisa to guide your walks then this option can also be arranged for you.

Some walkers like to stay in one place on their self-guided walking breaks. Maybe for 3 or 4 nights. This allows more freedom, as they can complete 2 or 3 circular walks on days (or in weather!) that suits them, directly from the door of their accommodation, as well as visiting a local attraction on a non-walking day.

Other walkers prefer to trek from one inn to another. These breaks provide structure, whilst allowing walkers to see more of the beautiful County of Kent, as well as experiencing different cuisines in each Inn on the way. With these walks Lisa can organise luggage transfers for you, so you don’t have to carry your heavy bags all day. She can also arrange to collect you from a local railway station at the start of your holiday should you decide to leave your car at home, as well as delivering you back to the station after your break.

Whatever your preference Coast and Country Rambles can arrange a personal walking break to suit you in the beautiful Garden of England. There’s also a number of tried and tested walking breaks available to view on their website. Any of these breaks can be altered to suit your requirements. Please contact Lisa today to start your journey with Coast and Country Rambles.
