Boarstall Duck Decoy

About

A rare survival of a 17th century duck decoy

The Boarstall Duck Decoy is one of only a few remaining in the country and provides a fascinating insight into a rare aspect of British rural life.

The Duck Decoy is surrounded by ancient woodland, with a stunning array of spring flowers including a large display of bluebells. There is an abundance of bird life, with many nesting and feeding sites, the wood also makes a home for several species of bat.
