Summer Holidays Activities and Events

Dear Robin

Will it be sun, sea and sandcastles, rolling countryside with walks and nature or city breaks with discoveries and culture this summer?  What to choose?

The South East is full to the brim with events, activities and places to discover, as well as living history, animal encounters, anniversaries, outdoor adventures, hair-raising family fun and much much more.

Take a look and discover the world of adventures that awaits this summertime.

Chichester, West Sussex

Join us at Fishbourne Roman Palace in West Sussex on July 30th and 31st for a fun-packed family-friendly weekend featuring the soldiers of the Ermine Street Guard.

Their thrilling display will take you back to 2,000-years-ago when the Roman Empire stretched from Britain across to Persia.

A range of Roman-themed activities will also be on offer throughout the day – as well as the opportunity to explore the magnificent mosaics and recreated grounds that formed part of Fishbourne Roman Palace.
