Visit 1066 Country

1066 Country, Sussex

Santa’s busier than ever this year so book soon on board the Santa Special or at Drusillas and Bewl Water. Visit his grotto at Christmas events in Rye and Hastings Old Town.

Adults can ride the Yuletide Special or enjoy an uproarious time with Rye’s very own Timberlina and Auntie Maureen’s Bingo + Dancing (most definitely for adults only).

All the family loves a pantomime…oh yes we do! Beauty and the Beast will dazzle you this Christmas at Hastings White Rock Theatre.

Christmas highlights in Reading include Small Business Christmas on 3/4 December; don’t miss Santa’s Grotto at Broad Street Mall or the Reading Lantern Parade - Dance of the Fireflies procession on 10 December; blockbuster Christmas shows Jack & The Beanstalk starring Justin Fletcher and A Christmas Carol transported back to Victorian Reading. A Dickensian Christmas

Southbank Centre, London

Toast the Christmas spirit with Charles Dickens at the Royal Festival Hall on 10th December at 8pm and celebrate the very best of Victorian carols, classics and a selection of readings from Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, presented by the acclaimed Stephen Mangan.

Including carols such as Ding Dong Merrily on High, Silent Night, Deck the Hall, The Holly and the Ivy, I Saw Three Ships and many more.

Christmas at the Movies

Hever Castle
