Learn tips and techniques in this 2 day Weave a scarf Workshop.
In this 2 day workshop you will be able to spend 5 hours each day learning tips and techniques on 4 shafts weaving. You will also have time to explore creating your own patterns & textures. The resulting scarf will be yours to take home. Weaving will take place on Louet Jane table looms, with one of our Weaver Tacklers on hand to guide you.
Timings for the Workshop:
Saturday 4th November, 10.00am till 16.00pm
Sunday 5th November, 10.00am till 16.00pm
On both days there will be a 1 hour lunch break.
Lunch is not provided so please bring your own lunch or you can visit our on site café, where we have lots of Sandwiches and yummy treats for sale.
This workshop is raising funds for preserving living weaving heritage at Whitchurch Silk Mill.
Spaces for this workshop for adults are pre-book online only due to limited spaces. £200 per person.
