Jukebox 1264 presents… Fleetwood Mac's Tango in the Night!
Few bands have played such an epic role in uniting audiences across generations like Fleetwood Mac! Through intrepid musical reinvention, toxic instability, and the loud characteristics of all its members, the band have been able to leave their mark on every decade since the 1960s.
Twenty years after their formation as a blues band led by Peter Green, and ten years after the release of Rumours under the classic line-up of Mick, Stevie, Lindsey, Christine and John, in 1987, the band embraced the eighties with the perfect pop album - Tango in the Night.
In true Fleetwood Mac style, it is a turbulent, yet mystical album filled to the brim with classics like Everywhere,Little Lies, Seven Wonders and Big Love. As well as the whole album being played in full, expect to hear even more Fleetwood Mac hits from Go Your Own Way to Dreams, Rhiannon and The Chain.
Jukebox 1264 are a pop ensemble formed by the Lewes Music Group in 2021. Their themed concerts pay tribute to eras, albums and artists throughout the last 60 years in popular music. Their debut concert in October 2021 was a sell-out tribute to Carole King's Tapestry followed by tributes to Billy Joel and The Beatles. As well as Fleetwood Mac, in 2023 and 2024 don't miss their revisiting of Carole King's Tapestry and their ultimate disco revue - Boogie Wonderland.
