The Red Rebel Brigade: Make your Pledge

The founder of the Red Rebel Brigade, Doug Francisco will join locals, Laura Coppin and Rosy Pendlebury to powerfully connect with the audience and illuminate the global climate crisis. Using their signature, silent performance; lines, tableaus and spirals, the Reds will honour the grief of the earth.

Juliet sings work from her celebrated new album Vox Salva, combining the music with some specially chosen pledges created & recorded by the people of Hastings to honour this Land,Sky and Sea.

Join this beautiful musical event, with an oportunity to write your own sentence to be added to a specially created book of over a thousand pledges.

The Venus Bushfires with Helen Epega
Helen Epegais the only constant member of creative collective, The Venus Bushfires. The Nigerian-British singer-songwriter, composer and performance artist harnesses influences from avant-garde, psychedelic, tribal and meditative arts, drawinginspiration from musical and creative pioneers such as Fela Kuti and Kate Bush, creating music and stories that explore the sensual and the spiritual. She describes her music as Afro-Sonic. She is known for captivating, trance inducing live sets, immersive performance-art shows and impromptu sound journeys in unusual spaces.
