Ewhurst Park is a fantastic venue located 6 miles northwest of Basingstoke, Hampshire. The course is run right next to a beautiful lake and meadows teaming with wildlife and ancient woodland. The Ewhurst Park are embarking on an estate-wide biodiversity project, this makes this venue a very special place to go foraging.

Our foraging course will start with a short introduction to foraging sustainably and safely along with a brief of the general countryside codes particularly where they relate to foragers. This is followed by a 2.5hr walk around the area identifying edible plants, flowers, and fungi along the way. Teaching you how to identify safely the key features of both the edible and poisonous species. At various points along the walk there'll be an opportunity to taste some of our foraged treats such as our Elderflower champagne & wild food soup. The day will finish with a lovely wild food feast, prepared from the foraged goodies found that day.

Prices start at £60 per adult and £30 per under 16yr olds (under 12s can go for free) spaces are limited to book ahead to secure your spot!!
