As the air turns crisp and the leaves take on their golden, red and orange glow, autumn starts to arrive, with it the scents of apples, pumpkins and spice.
We start to use more cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and other popular herbs & spices in the kitchen and home. Whilst these spices are delicious, they also have some wonderful health benefits that can support us through the cooler months.
During this workshop, we will be making a potent herbal spiced tincture (contains alcohol*) with some amazing immune supporting, anti-viral and respiratory benefits, that can be used throughout the season to keep coughs and colds at bay.
We will have a chance to chat and share about favourite easy kitchen remedies to support our health. Taking some time to visit the herb beds we'll see what herbs we can add to our own garden pharmacy.
*Please contact us if you prefer or require a non alcohol version and we will provide an alternative
£55.00 per person includes light refreshments, ingredients, and detailed handouts to take home.
