A Spellbinding Halloween Trail

About

A Spellbinding Halloween Trail, 17 October – 1 November 2020

Halloween Half Term is the time for all apprentice witches and wizards to put their skills to the test to become a fully-fledged expert in magic.

Ballimore the wizard has been practicing his spells, but has unfortunately turned his fellow wizard, Lumos, into a guinea pig! Can you help Ballimore by completing all the challenges on a story trail around the Garden, discovering the magic word to turn Lumos back into a boy?

Put on your cloak, grab your broomstick, wave your wand and fly across to the 'Borde Hill Academy of Witches of Wizards'.

£3 per trail plus admission, to include a spellbinding prize (FREE to Friends).

*All Garden entry and trails must be pre-booked in advance at www.bordehill.co.uk/bookyourvisit

COVID-19 Secure Precautions: the trail takes place outdoors in the fresh air in the 17-acre Garden. The Gardeners' Retreat Café will be open on a takeaway basis. The Adventure Playground will be open with the equipment used at your own risk. Hand sanitisers are available for visitors to use.

Visitors are also welcome to wander and enjoy the stunning hues of autumn with cornus, acers, liquidambar trees and deciduous azaleas, as well as wonderful views across the parkland featuring native and exotic trees.
