About

Surrey Conferences, based on the University of Surrey Stag Hill campus arrange events all year round on campus and at the Surrey Conferences Meeting Centre at Manor Park. Small meeting rooms seat from 10 people and go right up to auditoriums seating up to 418 people. During the Summer vacation bedrooms can also be provided as part of the event package with over 1000 rooms available. The campus is easy to find and has easy access from the A3, town centre and also has buses every 10 minutes from Guildford town centre. Free parking is available.

Bedroom only packages are also available for coach groups and sports tours. Bedrooms are available on the Stag Hill Campus and also at Manor Park which is adjacent to Surrey Sports Park.

The unique variety of room styles and outdoor space ensures Surrey Conferences can successfully host events from small management meetings to charity fundraisers, corporate events and annual company conferences right through to team building and outdoor fun days. From cabaret style seated meeting rooms for 160 to open exhibition spaces of over 500sqm and small boardrooms to large auditoriums there will be a room and space to suit almost every event. All inclusive packages include in all rooms use of a data projector along with microphones in larger rooms and free wifi is provided for all visitors.

A recent addition to the Surrey Conferences brand is the Meeting Centre, based at Manor Park, adjacent to Surrey Sports Park. The Meeting Centre is the perfect choice for day meetings or residential events. The convenient location and three high quality meeting rooms provide everything the small event organiser could need. The Meeting Centre seats up to 90 people and has been designed entirely with guest comfort in mind. Snacks and refreshments are available all day long and include healthy options and fresh fruit as well as more indulgent sweet and savoury snacks. Refreshment choices as standard include cappuccino, bean coffee and hot chocolate which can be enjoyed from the guest lounge which has a delightful full length balcony with stunning views.

Also part of the University we have Lakeside our onsite restaurant. From corporate events to wedding day bliss the Lakeside offers great versatility to suit whatever the occasion. With our dedicated functions co-ordinator, Hilary Harris on hand to tailor the event to your every requirement. Available for evening, weekend & some week day hire.

The Lakeside team pride themselves on going that extra mile for the customer which is reflected in the number of enquiries from recommendations. If you would like to enquire for any functions please contact Hilary who will be happy to discuss your requirements.
