Two Hoots Campsite has 2 “Shepherds Huts” & 4 Glamping Pods. Fully insulated and open all year in the beautiful Hampshire countryside facing fantastic open countryside hills & valley’s with wonderful woodland walks close by.

Chill out in one of our Shepherds Huts “Keepers Cosy” or “Lazy Days”

These traditionally built Shepherds huts have mod cons & a touch of luxury inside including a king-size bed, tv/dvd player, kitchen with baby belling oven & hob, glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots pans, under-counter fridge, bistro table & chairs for inside, toilet & washroom, log burning fire, large private veranda with loungers & bistro table & chairs & use of site facilities showers & toilets.


Try our Cosy Glamping Pods with lights, electric sockets, heating, king-size bed, Tv/dvd player (one with toilet & washroom) & use of shared campsite kitchen with fridge, crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettle & Microwave.

Our special Pod “Snugglewood” has a king-size bed, tv/dvd player, sink & mini kettle, toilet & washroom, bistro table & chairs inside porch, table & chairs outside & use of shared & site facilities.

Standard Pods have a king-size bed, tv/dvd player, bistro table & chairs inside porch, picnic bench outside & use of shared kitchen & site facilities.

Both Huts & Pods have use of our modern, fresh & clean shower & toilet facilities.

All units have doors at the front & a window at the back as well as air vents as min, they all have their own space & overlook the beautiful open countryside, the pods peep from within the copse & the huts face rolling countryside views. 

Wake up each morning to one of the most Beautiful Hampshire landscapes, enjoy a fun packed day & return to dine alfresco, watch the sun set & enjoy a glass of wine under the stars before getting cosy in front of a log burning fire with a hot chocolate or have a tv/dvd duvet day!

Two Hoots is only 4 miles from the edge of The South Downs National Pak which contains more than a 1,000 kilometres of shared paths ranging from iconic routes such as the South Downs Way to smaller local bridleways.

There is a bus stop just over a mile from the campsite. The National Cycle Route 23 is 1.5 miles from Two Hoots. The route runs from Reading to Southampton via Basingstoke, Alresford, Winchester and Eastleigh.

No Pets and no groups or more than 2 people.

Touring Caravans and Motorhomes: Per Night £13.00 + metered electric via cards at either £1 or £5 as required. Cards purchased onsite.
Shepherds Huts & Glamping Pods include electric & king-size bed : Pods From £60 to £75 per night Shepherds huts From £95 per night. Prices for special nights i.e. Christmas and valentines may alter. Look out for special midweek offer deals on our website.

Bookings are for 2 adults with a 2-night min stay at weekends & three nights over bank holidays.

Road Directions

By car via A31 We are situated on a single width country lane with few passing places, because of this we have arrival & departure times so that we don’t have passing of vehicles to & from the site at the same time. Arrival time after 1.30pm, departure time 11am if in tent or pod, 12noon if in van unless agreed otherwise. On A31 Winchester-Alton road, head for Ropley not Bighton. Take Bighton Hill at small crossroads from A31 signposted Bighton, over small bridge, sharp right then left bend. Take 2nd drive on left as road bends to right. If travelling from Alton, at end of dual carriageway at North Street, take 2nd right at crossroads signposted Bighton Hill and continue as above. Directions from A34 heading towards Winchester: At the end of the A34 (Jun 9 of M3) take 2nd exit from roundabout onto A272 Spitfire Link (signposted A31 Alton). Stay on A31 (signposted Alton & Ropley). ** Take Bighton Hill at small crossroads from A31 signposted Bighton, over small bridge, sharp right then left bend. Take 2nd drive on left as road bends to right. Directions from M3: Exit at Jun 9 if heading south or Jun 10 if heading north. Take A31 signposted Alton & Ropley follow from ** above. Directions from A3: Exit A3 at Petersfield services take Winchester Rd towards Petersfield at roundabout take 1st exit onto Bell Hill. At T junction TR onto A32 then immediately TL onto the Petersfield Rd, at T-junction TR onto A31 The Dean. Follow from ** above. * Do not use Sat Nav's for this postcode. Public Transport Directions

Take 64 bus to The Dean, Ropley (A31 approx 1 mile walk from here, uphill). With your back towards the shop turn left. Turn left at crossroads signposted Bighton Hill, over small railway bridge, sharp right then left bend. Take 2nd drive on left as road bends to the right.
