We have a range of comfortable en suite rooms all overlooking the gardens or private residents courtyard area. We offer a mixture of room types including rooms with private terrace and hot tub, double/twin rooms and a family room.
We have a garden annex of three rooms all with individual terrace and spacious hot tub. Enjoy garden views through the French doors from your king size bed before taking just a few steps to relax in your private hot tub.
Three further double/twin rooms overlook the courtyard and the peaceful forest beyond, one of which offers a small balcony for extended views.

Our traditional styled informal dining room, is in keeping with the natural surrounding and heritage of the Forest.

Only half a mile away is the small country town of Fordingbridge, a picturesque welcoming town on the banks of the river Avon with a number of local shops and amenities as well as cafes, galleries, a museum and even a cinema.
There are amazing walking and cycling opportunities throughout the area, you could choose from hundreds of miles of tracks in the beautiful New Forest, The Avon Valley path following the course of the River Avon between Christchurch and Salisbury or miles of stunning coastline. Work up an appetite before relaxing and refuelling in our cosy bar and restaurant.
There is a wide variety of attractions in the local area including wildlife parks, theme parks, museums, shopping centres, market towns and pretty villages. Whatever your interests there are plenty of options nearby with some of the closest listed below.
