The Courtyard at Wainhill is a small family run B&B business situated right on the The Ridgeway National Trail. It has two beautifully appointed and comfortable en-suite rooms in a separate timber cottage adjacent to the owner's 17 Century thatched cottage. Set in a stunning rural location with landmark views we are easily accessible from London which is only an hour away and have excellent rail and bus connections too. The B&B warmly welcomes guests and their pets and we enjoy cooking one of the best breakfasts in
Oxfordshire. With a "nothing is too much trouble attitude we aim to ensure that our guests have a truly fun and memorable stay with us.
Each room has a super kingsize bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, a writing desk, seating area and en-suite shower room. They both have a deck with views overlooking The Potager Garden and The Ridgeway. There is free private parking outside the cottage and a large secure dog proof garden. With a hospitality tray and mini fridge supplied with fresh milk and distilled water; complimentary body wash and lotions along with books and magazines the rooms offer every comfort to our guests.
A delicious breakfast is now brought to the room for the luxury of “breakfast in bed”. The Courtyard is also dog friendly and we welcome either one medium sized dog or two smaller ones at a small additional cost.
The Courtyard at Wainhill is a popular choice with guests looking to come and enjoy the glorious setting and explore the many local attractions in the area. Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor and Henley on Thames
are all an easy drive away along with many renowned restaurants like Le Manor Aux Quat'Saisons, The Hand and Flowers and The Sir Charles Napier.
With a network of miles of wonderful off road footpaths from the front gates we are also popular with walkers and cyclists.
