Edwardian semi-detached home. Sits in quiet surroundings within easy walking distance of town. Refurbished to a high standard. Each room offers its own identity and appeal, named after a local town.
Little Saltcote is non-smoking, but thoughtful for those who wish to smoke outside. This friendly family-run guest house is equipped with modern facilities and anything which is not already supplied in the rooms is normally available upon request.

Guests have use of the new garden conservatory to relax in with their afternoon cup of tea. Trouser press and hairdryer available.

From M20, A2070, A259 enter town over river bridge, right at roundabout signposted A268, turn right after bridge. 300 m on left.

Public Transport Directions

Rye Station is situated on the regional line connecting Ashford and Hastings. Trains operate from Rye in each direction approximately every hour during the day. There are connections at Ashford to London Charing Cross and Victoria, and at Hastings to Gatwick Airport and London Victoria.
