Follow the M23 to Brighton, onto the A27 towards Lewes and Eastbourne. Continue along the A27 passing Lewes, Newhaven and Selmston. Turn right at the Drusillas roundabout following the road through Alfriston village. Turn left into the hotel on leaving the village.
From A22
Follow the A22 towards Eastbourne, at the Polegate roundabout continue straight ahead following signs for Drusillas Zoo and A27. Turn right on to the A27 and continue until the first roundabout. Turn left at the Drusillas roundabout and follow the road through Alfriston village. Turn left into the hotel on leaving the village.

A number of stations are a short taxi journey from Deans Place Hotel. Polegate Station is a mainline station direct to London Victoria with taxis available outside. Berwick Station is a country station one stop before Polegate without a taxi rank. Seaford Station is on the Brighton line with taxis available close by
