Enjoy a sense of the New Forest National park as Cottage Lodge features furniture made from trees felled in the local area and crafted by local tree surgeon and artist Rob Dyer. Paintings of animals in the forest and local scenes can be found on the walls of the bar and restaurant. All originals by Bobby Sephton, local talented artist.

Walk or cycle from the Cottage Lodge and escape onto one of the 192km of wide logging trails within a few minutes. There is 94,000 acres of open forest on your doorstep for you to get yourself well and truly lost.

Savour our on-site restaurant or choose from one of three nearby pubs and 10 lovely restaurants. There is plenty of choice at breakfast: pick from New Forest breakfast, eggs benedict, pancakes, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, gluten free, and vegetarian breakfasts. Enjoy our free tea and cake anytime.
