The Nurse's Cottage Restaurant with Rooms

First-rate service is the hallmark of this cosy Conservatory Restaurant. Chef/Proprietor Tony Barnfield was honoured twice in 2007 for Outstanding Customer Service of the Year, in the Tourism South East Tourism ExSellence Awards and the New Forest Brilliance in Business Awards.

Our main Dinner menu is revised seasonally, combining House Specialities and British Classics supplemented by daily specials using fresh local and/or organic ingredients wherever possible.

Pre-booked non-residents are always welcome to join those staying here for our award-winning Breakfast, seven days a week. Advance booking is essential at all times.

The restaurant is fully accessible to the less agile and wheelchair users, with an approved ramp and level access to the appropriately equipped toilet. The premises have been assessed and approved under the National Accesssible Scheme in Mobility (M1), Hearing Impairment (H1) and Visual Impairment (V1).
