Las Iguanas
Renowned for its Latin American food and for producing and importing its own brand of Brazil's national spirit Cachaça, Las Iguanas Restaurant and Bar is set on Jubilee Street in Brighton.
Foodies can look forward to tucking into a diverse menu inspired by authentic regional dishes from Brazil, Colombia and Argentina. Favourites include Brazilian Lime Chicken, Shredded Duck Enchilada's and Moqueca (light coconut curry). Las Iguanas also serve light lunches, imaginative menus for children and have a tasty tapas selection.
For those looking for a drink with a difference head to the Cachaçaria. Traditional Brazilian cocktails are made with Las Iguanas' Magnifica which is produced at their own sugar cane plantation in Rio.
