Bull at Burford
The restaurant at the Bull at Burford is a gourmet delight. According to the seasons, specialities range from asparagus medley (five different ways of serving asparagus) or a bouillabaise to a trio of local Kelmscott pork or simply a locally reared sirloin steak. Of the desserts the 'caramel experience' is a favourite - five caramel sweets, including a hot souffle - often on the menu.
The head chef, Paul Scott, started his training at the well known Cliveden House Hotel and has gained experience over the years at various Michelin-starred restaurants before coming to Burford where he brings his own interpretation of his experience and personal dishes.
Since opening in June 2010, The Bull at Burford has been given 2 AA rosettes for Culinary Excellence and a special AA Breakfast Award.
