The award winning Bay Tree Restaurant overlooks the rose and herb garden, and specialises in serving local seasonal produce as well as an extensive wine list. A sophisticated atmosphere is created here by the elegant decor, where the original flagstones that lead to the impressive panel of period windows are still in place. Heavy tapestry curtains can be found draping from the ceiling and well chosen art pieces complete this room.
The head chef uses only the freshest local produce in creating his modern British cuisine and meals are complimented by a comprehensive selection of fine wines. Light lunches are also served in the country style Woolsack Bar with it's main entrance onto the street.

Breakfast: 7:30am - 9:30am (Sat/Sun: 8am - 10am)
Lunch: 12 noon - 2pm
Dinner: 7pm - 9:30pm
