What's on this week at Bodiam Castle?
Castle / Fort
A glimpse of medieval splendour
One of Britain’s most picturesque and evocative castles. Come and let your imagination run wild. With spiral staircases, battlements and a portcullis– Bodiam Castle is the real thing.
Virtually complete exterior with walls rising dramatically above the moat. Enough of the ruined interior survives to give an impression of medieval castle life. Intriguing, sometimes grizzly tales can often be heard from one of our colourful characters.
Stunning views of the Rother Valley can be enjoyed from the top of the towers.
With dozens of events taking place across the year, why not see what's on this week at Bodiam Castle and tie in your trip with some seasonal fun.
Bodiam Castle opening times and the latest information on prices can be found on the National Trust website. The castle is just one of more than 130 National Trust properties in South East England.
