Dolls House in Tolsey Museum at Burford

Housed in the early Tudor market/court house, the wide ranging collection illustrates Burford's social and working culture, including the town maces, seals and charters. Exhibits quaintly recall the trades that flourished here - quarrying, bell-founding, rope-making, brewing, farming, leather-working and clarinet-making. There is also a famous doll's house, furnished in style of the Jane Austen period.
