The Horse Trust

About

With over 125 years of experience, The Horse Trust has remained focused on the working horse and providing respite and retirement for horses who have served the country through the army, protected the communities from violence in working with the police force, and the ponies who have brought joy to disadvantaged and disabled children and young people.

The Horse Trust provides sanctuary to animals rescued from serious neglect or cruelty and come to The Trust in urgent need of care and veterinary attention. They also provide high level training for equine professionals and fund ethical non-invasive veterinary research, helping scientists develop new vaccinations, cures and treatments to improve the quality of life of horses throughout the UK.

Visit this wonderful sanctuary for horses and share your love with a few cuddles – or if you’re feeling really generous and inspired, and would like to get more involved, come see how you can help The Horse Trust make a difference. Whether you’re an avid horse enthusiast, or this is your first time meeting them, the experience promises to be a rewarding one!
