Ford Indoor Football Arena
A state-of-the-art football facility that will enable both youths and adults to enjoy the sport of football all year round.
The facility will have four professional-style, lighted fields, (2* 18m by 30m, 2* 18 by 29m) featuring 3G FIFA 2 standard Turf, for realistic, fast-action, fun football.
No matter what the weather conditions are, day or night, football players will find a safe, clean, and friendly atmosphere for football enjoyment.
Several divisions of a five-a-side football league will be run for youths, men, and women, which will provide all players, from beginners to highly skilled, the right environment for recreational yet competitive football with League play all year round.
In addition, skills clinics are available for anyone who wants to polish their skills.
The four pitches can also be rented for practice, corporate events, pre-season and post-season practice, camps, clinics and fund raising tournaments. Local youth clubs will be encouraged to use the facility with discounted rates.
Ford Indoor Football Arena is located on Ford Airfield, behind the oft play area leisure facility “The Flying Fortress”, which will make this area somewhere the whole family can go, due to the area being able to cater for both younger children and now older children at the same time.
