Borde Hill Garden
A wonderful, botanically-rich garden for all the family to enjoy, Borde Hill is one of the Great Gardens of Sussex. Rare trees and shrubs inspire with colour and interest from spring to autumn and the 200 acres Grade II* listed landscape offers magnificent views across the High Weald.
Distinctive living ‘garden rooms’ close to the historic Mansion House include the Azalea Ring, the sumptuous Rose Garden and tranquil Italian Gardens. Borde Hill is home to diverse fauna and flora, providing many habitats for a wide variety of birds, mammals and insects to flourish.
Borde Hill is a fun place for all the family with easy access for wheel chairs and push chairs. There are woodland and lakeside walks with picnic areas, a new Adventure Playground providing challenges for children of all ages with a zip-line, climbing ropes and a safe area for toddlers.
Café Elvira serves morning coffee, delicious home cooked lunches and Sussex cream teas, whilst The Green Tree Gallery is ideal for art and crafts.
