The Chapel Down Winery

The Chapel Down Winery is home to the largest producer of English Wines. Visitors can visit our new Wine and Food Store where they will find the best Kentish and English food and drink, including our range of award-winning still and sparkling wines. Upstairs in the Bistro you will be treated to a selection of modern and traditional English cuisine. Visitors can enjoy anything from a full meal to a glass of wine. On warmer days we encourage you to sit out on the sun terrace which overlooks the beautiful Kentish countryside. Guided tours of the vineyard and winery are available from March to October plus tasting and vineyard walks all year round.

Nearest major road is A28. From the A28 in Tenterden, follow the B2082 towards Rye for 2.5 miles to Small Hythe. The vineyard is on the right.

Nearest station is Headcorn. Taxi from station or bus to Tenterden changing buses for the winery.
