Stowe
Stowe was created by a family once so powerful they were richer than the king. The scale,grandeur and beauty of Stowe is shown through over 40 temples and monuments, gracingan inspiring backdrop of lakes and valleys with an endless variety of walks and trails. Newfor 2012 is a vibrant new Visitor Centre on the site of a derelict coaching inn used by theearliest visitors to Stowe around 300 years ago. Offering a greatly enriched experience forvisitors including new café, gift shop, plant sales and 18th Century Parlour rooms.
