The newly refurbished four star Dale Hill Hotel is situated high on the Kentish Weald in an area of 'outstanding natural beauty'. Set in over 350 acres of beautiful grounds the hotel has been designed with style and elegance offering both superior luxury and comfort.
Each of our newly refurbished bedrooms are well appointed, non smoking, many have magnificent views overlooking the golf courses and countryside. Our guests are free to use our leisure facilities, which include a sauna, gymnasium and indoor swimming pool. Dale Hill is an ideal venue for corporate events, with a range of meeting rooms, whether it is a small intimate meeting or a high level conference seminar. Outdoor activities can be arranged within half a mile at nearby Bewl Water.
The award wining Fairway Restaurant has breathtaking views over the Weald and each table has been carefully arranged so each diner enjoys the fantastic outlook over the 18th green towards the beautiful Wealden Valley. The calm and tranquil atmosphere is a home away from home for diners enjoying the modern English and French cuisine from the a la carte menu.
Dale Hill has a number of bars and the less formal Conservatory with its own sun terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The Fairway restaurant is open to all visitors and public who just want to enjoy the sumptuous views, excellent food and exceptional service. Restaurant is non smoking.
Dale Hill has two 18-hole golf courses. The old course opened in 1973 and is suitable for players of all abilities, we are very proud of it's reputation as one of Kent and Sussex's finest courses. The front nine is parkland whilst the back nine is heavily wooded, challenging even for the more experienced golfer. This well-established course is rich in wildlife and mature woodland.
The grand opening of our new course took place in September 1997 designed to USGA standards by former US Masters champion Ian Woosnam MBE. The course is challenging, even for the more experienced golfer and demands and rewards accuracy off the tee. This is especially so on the par-3 16th, a tightly wooded hole across deep, vegetation filled gully.
Additional on-site facilities include a covered driving range, two putting greens and a practice area; our Pro Shop offers an extensive range of golfing accessories.
