Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Win 1 in 5 family summer adventures’

1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over

2. The prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents excluding employees of Tourism South East, VisitBritain and any employees of the partaking attractions.

3. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.

4. Only one entry per household.

5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Monday 30th June 2008.

6. The winner will be selected in a random draw on Wednesday 2nd July 2008.

7. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The winner will be notified by Wednesday 2nd July 2008. If the winner has not claimed the prize by Wednesday 9th July 2008 Tourism South East reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

9. The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Tourism South East.

Summer 2

1) Four annual passes to LEGOLAND Windsor, Berkshire

a) Four annual passes for LEGOLAND Windsor are valid for 1 year after date of issue b) Passes are valid for 2 children aged 3-15 and two adults aged 16+, entrance for children under the age of three years is free c) Prize winners must visit LEGOLAND Windsor together to collect their Annual Pass ID cards d) Height, age and weight restrictions apply on some rides and some rides will require those who only just meet the minimum height requirements to be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over.

2) Premier family tickets to Ascot Racecourse, Berkshire

14. The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable.

15. By ticking the relevant opt in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Tourism South East reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17. No responsibility will be accepted by Tourism South East for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
