Hailsham

Hailsham is one of the 4 main towns in the Wealdon area of West Sussex and boasts historic buildings such as the grade II listed Cinema "Hailsham Pavilion". Hailsham was granted a charter for it's market by Henry III in 1252. The old railway line that runs through Hailsham now forms part of the Cockoo Trail from Polegate to Tunbridge Wells.
