Festive Fun at Dickens World!

The Christmas season is now truly upon us and Dickens World is proud to present a traditional family pantomime "Jack & the Beanstalk". Jack and his friends will be in the Britannia Theatre from Thursday 20th December through to Saturday 5th January, with matinee performances starting at 2pm and evening shows starting at 6pm.

Capture children's imagination with the enchanting tale of Jack & the Beanstalk - they will roar with laughter at the antics of Barmy Bosworth and Dimples the cow, as they try to get the better of comic Dame Mrs Lumpkin. The show is jam-packed with comedy, excitement and adventure, children of all ages will love to cheer at their hero Jack and boo at the evil Mayor Butchett!

Produced and acted by London based company "Chaplins Entertainment", this pantomime is sure to be fun for all the family and has been especially written for children of all ages, but will particularly appeal to those aged 3 to 12 years. The show is approximately two hours long and tickets are priced at only £9.00 for adults and £6.00 for children, including a meal of bangers & mash and a soft drink before the show.

Dressed in a traditional Victorian green suit Santa will be there every day until Christmas Eve! To end the year, Dickens World will be hosting a New Years Eve Extravaganza - the night includes a champagne & canapé reception in our themed courtyard, a 4 course gala dinner, a midnight champagne toast, caricaturist, roaming magician, casino games, DJ until late, a visit to Dickens World, and overnight accommodation at the adjacent Ramada Encore Hotel. Prices are just £125 per person, or £99 excluding hotel.
