Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Win a short break on the Isle of Wight’
1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
2. The prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents excluding employees of Tourism South East, VisitBritain, Isle of Wight Tourism, Red Funnel Ferries, Osborne House and Priory Bay Hotel.
3. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
4. Only one entry per household.
5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Tuesday 6th May 2008.
6. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Wednesday 7th May 2008.
7. The judge's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by Wednesday 7th May 2008 If the winner has not responded by 9.00am Wednesday 14th May 2008 Tourism South East reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

11. The main prize comprises: 1 nights midweek stay at the Priory Bay Hotel, tickets for 2 adults to Osborne House, return travel for 1 car and 2 people from Southampton to East Cowes with Red Funnel.
12. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation (c) Any personal expenses and spending money.
13. The prize is subject to availability and to the following conditions: (a) Prize must be taken before 30th June 2008 (b) 1 nights stay at the Priory Bay Hotel must be taken mid week (Monday – Thursday night only) (c) Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing a twin/double room with half board (no evening meal) (d) Accommodation is subject to availability and excludes bank holidays, half-term and June 17 & 18. (e) Accommodation must be booked in advance directly with the Priory Bay Hotel (f) Tickets to Osborne House are for 2 adults (g) Tickets for Osborne House are not valid for 13-15th June 2008 or special event days (h) Return ferry travel is with Red Funnel, from Southampton to East Cowes only and is subject to availability, Red Funnel terms and conditions of travel apply (i) Ferry travel is for 1 car and 2 adults only (j) Excludes travel on 13-15th June (k) The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and may be photographed for promotional purposes. (k) There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable.
14. By ticking the relevant opt in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.
15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Tourism South East reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
16. No responsibility will be accepted by Tourism South East for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
