Isle of Wight

Dog friendly days out for all the family!

Wightlink’s guide, Pawprint, is designed so that man's best friend doesn't have to be left at home whilst the rest of the family enjoy a fun day out. Pawprint is a lovely romp through the best dog-friendly beaches, parks and woodlands. It also recommends accommodation, pubs and haunts welcoming to pooches on and off the lead.

Scooby Snacks

Take a picnic to Whale Chine, then head for the 26-acre Northwood Park in Cowes. The Isle of Wight has some lovely child and dog-friendly places to eat, such as The Crab & Lobster Inn at Bembridge, a long beach that runs from Bembridge Harbour to Whitecliff Bay.

Wightlink offers free crossings for accompanied dogs on all three of its ferry routes.

Take a break with the dog!
