2012 Business benefits

Tourism South East is working with SEEDA to ensure we maximise the legacy from the London 2012 Olympic Games. During the run up to 2012, we are:-

·  working with our partners to provide a world-class tourism experience through our Welcome  training programmes,

·  auditing our offering for disabled visitors through Destination Access Audits

·  promoting the 2012 business opportunities available  through CompeteFor

·  working to attract international media to our region to show off our many attractions overseas

·  attracting international teams to train in our 130 Pre-Games Training Camps in the region to achieve significant economic and cultural benefits

·  working closely with the Games Related Areas (GRAs) which are most impacted by the London 2012 Olympic Games to improve their welcome and promote their events and activities.
