En-suite rooms have four-poster beds and share the guests’ lounge which has a snooker table and an inglenook with wood burning stove.
We serve a superb buffet breakfast, with a full cooked breakfast option at the weekend. Also by special request, private dining with btler srvice for 2 to 8 people can be arranged in the Jacobean dining room in the main farmhouse. (£35 per person - minimum charge £80) Fri/Sat only.
Also available all year round and 24 hours a day is the outdoor hot tub. You can relax after a good country walk or sip chilled champagne as you gaze at the stars from a beautiful rural setting.
The area is ideal for walking, cycling or just chilling out. Airport 10 mins, Cross Channel Ferry 30 mins.

Road Directions
From the M27 exit Junction 3 and turn towards Romsey A3057. At end of spur road take second exit at the roundabout continuing to travel north on the A3057. After half a mile turn right onto a small country lane signposted Toothill. Follow this lane for 1 mile going straight on at the top of the hill. Packridge Farm is on the left half way down far side of hill. At large brick pillars turn left into drive - continue and park in courtyard.
