Walberton is situated south of the A27 betwen Arundel and Chichester within 1 mile of the junction of the A29 London Road at Fontwell. The four properties are in the centre of the village conservation area within walking distance are the Post Office, grocers, pub, garage and playing fields. The sea is 5 miles to the south and the South Downs 3 miles to the north.
