There are 10 flats which sleep 4people and 10 which sleep 5 people. 4 person flats have a shower room and w.c and the 5 person flats have two shower room/w.c.
The flats are within modern student housing blocks and have a shared entrance. Once inside all flats are private and fully self-contained with a small lounge, kitchen diner, separate bedrooms and an entrance hall. Each flat has one twin room and either two or three single rooms. Free parking on site is around 5-7 minutes’ walk from the flats, there is space to unload luggage nearby. All prices include line hire, heating and electricity. Available July, August, September.

Located directly off the A3 London to Portsmouth Road and 9 milesfrom Junction 10 off the M25. The University has it's own exit just off the A3, next to Guildford Cathedral. From Guildford town centre follow signs to Hospital and cathedral. Campus is around 10 minutes from town centre.
