These self-catering properties are situated within the picturesque Wraysbury Village.
SPLASH WINDMILL
Splash Windmill is the ideal retreat for a romantic weekend or a unique venue for a family holiday. Splash Windmill has 3 bedrooms – 1 King sized four poster, 1 double and 1 twin. This property has 2 bathrooms. The property can be hired out per week or per night (£150 in Winter and £180 per night in Summer for 6 people. 7 nights for the price of 6 at £1080 per week in Summer).
The property is non-smoking and unsuitable for pets and children under 10 years old.
May to October minimum stay 1 week.
THE STABLES
Private, self-catering accommodation in converted stables located close to Windsor in the village of Wraysbury.
The converted stables are attached to Splash Mill by back-to-back kitchens but are still private. The Stables has been totally renovated over 7 months and although it has a quaint exterior it is thoroughly modern inside.
The accommodation comprises 1 twin or super king bedroom, 1 bathroom, lounge and kitchen.
Outside is a paved patio area with table and chairs.
Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the cottage.
A Welcome Hamper of breakfast food is provided for guests on arrival.
This cottage is a romantic hide-away but can be used as additional accommodation for guests to Splash Mill.
Arrival times: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm or earlier by prior arrangement. Please come to The Oast Barn on arrival and Sylvia will take you to The Stables once the formalities have been completed.
Check-out times: 10:00 am weekdays, 11:00 am weekends.
The Stables are £80 per night in Winter, £400 per week, and £500 per week in Summer.

Road Directions
From the M25 (northbound): Junction 13 Staines turnoff. When leaving the motorway the slip road joins the A30 feeding in from the left. Go to the left hand side of this. At the roundabout take the first left signposted to Wraysbury. Next roundabout take the B376 to Wraysbury. Follow this road for about 2 miles. We are just after the 20mph sign and the first speed hump in the road. The Oast Barn is immediately on the left with the entrance via black wrought iron gates. A
From the M25 (southbound): Junction 14 Heathrow turnoff. Last exit at the roundabout towards Poyle. Across the next small roundabout. 1st left into Coppermill Road, through the village. We are about 50 yards past the Windsor junction on the road to Staines just beyond Wraysbury News.
From Heathrow: Take the Perimeter road to the M25 and follow the M25 southbound directions above.
From Windsor: Take the road to Datchet. Turn left into Datchet across the railway crossing, right at the mini roundabout, straight across the next mini roundabout and onto the next mini roundabout. Turn right to B376 to Wraysbury and follow the road to a T junction. Turn right towards Staines and we are about 30 yards down on the right hand side just past Wraysbury News and a row of cottages.
From the M4: Junction 5 then follow the B376 to Wraysbury from Datchet.
Public Transport Directions
Hourly bus from Terminal 5. Train station serving London Waterloo and Heathrow via Feltham. To Windsor in opposite direction.
