Lagnersh Cottage stands in the garden of our Georgian farmhouse, facing a suntrap courtyard which enjoys spectacular sunsets across open fields.
Equidistant between Chichester and Bognor Regis and within a few minutes' drive of the beaches of Aldwick, and Pagham.
We are within easy reach of both Goodwood and Fontwell racecourses, the Chichester Festival Theatre and historic Arundel.
The interior of the cottage is decorated to a high standard in a calm, contemporary style with a large, open-plan living/dining/kitchen with oak floors, vaulted ceiling and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher.
There is one double and one twin bedded room and a wet room with underfloor heating.
Accommodation is on one level with a single step into the cottage.

Road Directions
Situated on the B2166, between Bognor Regis and Chichester. From the A27 south of Chichester, take the B2145 (Hunston / Selsey) Road. At mini roundabout take left exit onto B2166 toqards Bognor Regis / Pagham. At next mini roundabout , take second exit and continue for about half a mile, past two horticultural nurseries in ether side of the road. At next left (opposite the Pub), take the B2166 towards Bognor Regis. Lagnersh House is situated on the left hand side of this narrow winding road.
Public Transport Directions
Approximately 10 minutes taxi ride from Bognor Regis Rail Station. Frequent daily services from London Victoria and Gatwick Aiport as well as local coastal towns.
