Felpham bungalow is situated in a quiet residential area, with it's own driveway.
The bungalow has two bedrooms and sleeps 4, plus an optional guest bed or cot.
The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and washer/ dryer and the lounge is comfortably furnished with widescreen TV and video.
A pre-payment telephone is also provided.
The bathroom has all standard amenities, plus electric shower. The bungalow has gas central heating. Gas and Electricity supply is controllled by a pre-payment key meter and card..
The gardens are laid out to lawn, the back garden is secluded with a patio area, garden furniture and loungers. There is also a timber playhouse , equipped with toys.
Off Season Short Breaks, October - April. £195 per unit per week, including bed linen and towels.
