Chelwood Farm Cottages are a beautifully designed row of rural cottages offering a degree of flexibility, and privacy on the edge of the Ashdown Forrest in an A.O.N.B (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).
All the cottages have terraces with far reaching views to the South Downs, and direct access to Farm, and Forrest Walks.
The property is adjacent to our own private Equestrian Facilities.
Accommodation.
All the cottages are tastefully furnished, offering a rural farm experience, in contemporary style.
There are 4 x Self Contained Cottages, with 1 & 2 bedroom options, with double or twin bed arrangements.
A DDA compliant (Disability) cottage is also available for clients with special requirements.
Luxury Home Comforts - include Egyptian cotton Bed Linen, and towels.
(Non- Allergy bedding is available on request)
Flat Screen TV, DVD, and Ipod dock.
Under Floor Heating throughout , fitted kitchenette, Bath & Power Shower.
Terrace with dining table, chairs, and access to a BBQ.
Access to Laundry Room / Dry Room is available.
Car Parking, and some storage are available on site.
Camping - by arrangement.
Dogs , and Horses - by arrangement.

The Farm has 164 acres, and has direct access to public footpaths, and Bridleways onto the Ashdown Forrest .
We have Equestrian training Facilities on the farm .
Golf at The East Sussex National Golf Club.
Opera at Glyndebourne Opera House .
National Trust Homes and Gardens - Standen, Wakehurst Place, Groombridge Place , Nymans, and Sheffield Park are all in the area .
Ardingly Antiques ,and the many activities of the South of England Show ground.
Fly Fishing ,and shooting (Deer, Clays, Pheasant ) are also popular in the area .
