Situated within a series of architecturally unique apartments, which rise & fall with the tide, it offers a west facing terrace overlooking the Brighton Marina pontoons & setting sun. Double bed & sofa bed. Cot available on request.
Downstairs includes a sitting room with terrace & wet room with wc & sink. A spiral staircase rises from the open plan kitchenette to a mezzanine double bedroom overlooking the sitting room,
Brighton city centre is only a 30 min seafront stroll away, with its bohemian shops & vibrant night life. There are also regular 24 hour bus & taxi services. But be sure to explore Brighton Marina’s fantastic facilities first.

Road Directions
the journey from London is around one hour. Take the M25 at Junction 7 and join the A23 south to Brighton. Continue to the seafront where you turn left along the sea front road until you see signs to Brighton Marina. Free multi storey parking avaulable in the Marina.
Public Transport Directions
The Boathouse is around a one hour train journey from London and the No. 7 bus will take you to and from Brighton Ralway Station every 20 mins 24 hours a day.
