Angmering Court
Angmering Court is located just five minutes walk from the beach and village centre with an excellent range of local shops, pubs, restaurants and bars very close by.
The recently refurbished luxury 3 star accommodation is located on the first floor with access by a wide easy rising staircase from the front hall. Access details can be viewed at the website link provided.
A well maintained garden with a communal drying area and a summer house which catches the late afternoon sun is available for the enjoyment of our guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a low bath and houses the washing machine and drying area. There is also a seperate shower room and toilet en-suite.
The beach follows a long unspoilt safe section of the south coast with no roads or cars to disturb the peace and is ideal for walking either to Worthing or Littlehampton. The sea is clean and safe for swimming and has a fairly low tide exposing lots of sand and rock pools, beyond the shingle.
Short Breaks are available for three nights minimum, please contact the owner to discuss your requirements.

King size bedroom with shower-room en suite, a Double or Twin Bedroom and a Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area and Bathroom,
Or three separate Single Rooms one with a shower-room en suite and the other two sharing the Bathroom

There is a reduction of £50 for a two week booking and further generous reductions for a longer stay, which would include weekly maid service. The property can be booked for a minimum of three nights at a rate of £50 per night for Jan-May and October – December and £80 per night from June to September. A deposit of £80 is required for each week booked.

Road Directions
East Preston is located on the south coast and is easy to find from the A259 between Worthing and Littlehampton, just off the Rustington by-pass.
At the Angmering roundabout (A280), turn right and follow the signs to Angmering Station
Proceed over the railway crossing and at the mini roundabout, turn left into Worthing Road.
Turn right into The Street (signed to the Tennis Club) and take the third turning on the right into Sea Lane.
There is a designated parking space and visitor's parking is available by prior arrangement.
