The Northern Hotel has been developed and improved by the Sims Family for 50 years. By retaining the existing period features of this fine Edwardian Terrace and furnishing with antique and reproduction furniture, we have endeavoured to re-create the ambience and elegance of a bygone age.
All rooms are delightfully furnished and have en-suite facilities, Central Heating, Remote Control Colour Television, Direct Dial Telephone and Beverage Tray.Wi-Fi and guest computer available.
Our Licensed Restaurants – The Garden Room and The Richmond Room serve home-made traditional English food and Bar Snacks are available in the Wellington Room Lounge Bar. There is a Television Lounge for social viewing and a Library. Can cater for functions of up to 50 people.
The Northern Hotel is ideally situated adjacent to the Seafront and is close to the Rail Station, Shops and the De La Warr Pavilion (theatre, arts and entertainment centre) is just a 10 minute walk along the seafront.

A269, Pass through Sidley village, Toyota Garage on right, take next left into Holliers Hill. Go through Bexhill Old Town and down Sea Road. We are situated near bottom of Sea Road on right, approximately 400m past Railway Station.
