Located in the picturesque conservation village of Sonning on Thames, The Great House makes the ideal choice whether for a weekend break away, fine dining, informal lunches or a civil marriage, followed by a wedding breakfast.
The bright contemporary Regatta Restaurant, with its own terrace overlooking the gardens, serves a choice of evening menu Monday to Saturday inclusive. For informal lunches, the Ferryman’s Fayre menu offers a lighter choice of hot dishes, salads and Ciabattas during summer months. Traditional Family Sunday Lunch is served every Sunday.
A total of 59 bedrooms are located in six separate areas from 16th century to the newly constructed 21st century Clocktower building. All rooms are ensuite and complimentary mineral water is included. The 18 executive bedrooms in the Clocktower offer king size beds, flat screen TV’s, mini safes and twin bathrooms. Ample parking and easy access from M4 and A4.

Road Directions
From M4 J10, take A329(M) towards Reading East, exit at A4. Follow A4 to Maidenhead, turn left at roundabout onto B478. Go through village, over mini roundabout and after sharp bend, turn right into hotel.
Public Transport Directions
Trains from Paddington run direct to Twyford (3 miles) or Reading Main Line (5miles). From either station take a taxi to the Great House.
