The Mansion (Lions) Hotel is situated directly on the seafront. We have bar and restaurant facilities and we are open to non-residents. There is an attractive garden, open to non-residents. We are now open from 11am for tea/coffee during the day, we also serve afternoon snacks until 5pm. Check-in is from 3pm onwards. Reception is open 24 hours a day. There is no age restriction for children.

Road Directions
By train - regular trains run from London Victoria, Brighton & Hastings to Eastbourne. Taxis are available from outside the train station. By car - from London, Eastbourne can be reached by the M23/M25 then on to the A27, or by the A22 (Croydon), or from the channel ports on the A259. On entering Eastbourne town centre, take signs to the seafront or Pier. We are situated directly on the seafront on Grand Parade, a short distance from the Bandstand.
