Brookhill Cottage

About

Brookhill Cottage is a delightful stone built classic Cotswold holiday cottage, with the oldest parts dating back to the early 1900's. The interior has been well designed by the owners to create a homely cottage feel that would be perfect for holiday makers. The cottage is located on a quiet side road just five minutes walk from the centre of historic Woodstock. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living area, the living area is open plan including lounge area and dining area at the rear of the room. • The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday in Woodstock, with all appliances including washing-machine/dryer. It is furnished with a round marble-top table and chairs for a breakfast area. The kitchen units are solid wood.
• The main bedroom (with windows facing north and south) has a double bed and a large wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage and two bedside tables.
• The second bedroom has a single bed and pull-out single bed which converts the bed into a double or two singles.
• The bathroom is tiled in white with a shower over the bath.
• Centrally heated throughout.
• Wood floors throughout the whole property with rugs in each room.
• Broadband Wi-Fi internet connection.

Blenheim Palace is just five minutes walk away, and there are public footpaths nearby with access through Blenheim. There are over 15 small restaurants and pubs within a 15 minute walk of the cottage, ranging from reasonably priced Indian, Chinese and Italian restaurants to fine dining in the well know Feathers Hotel. The owners of Brookhill Cottage, Kate and Kelvin, are passionate about Woodstock and would be pleased to give you a personal welcome and helpful introduction to the area.

Oxford city centre and all of its attractions, including the University of Oxford, is only ten miles away and can be easily reached by bus or car.
